Instructions for requesting a re-issue of certificates through our ETQA division

Overview

This page details each stage, from submitting a request to the merSETA to the validation and preparation of required documents. The evidence pack is then sent to the National Artisan Moderation Body (NAMB) for evaluation. Once NAMB recommends re-issuance to the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and it is approved, the re-issued certificate is ready for collection.
